I can't attend a viewing myself, how do I handle this?

In many cases, the landlord is open to a remote video viewing, or alternatively, you may have a friend who can attend the viewing on your behalf.

1. Choose a viewing time - and select the viewing type that suits you best (video viewing or an in-person viewing).

2. A chat with the landlord opens when you book the viewing, and you can ask additional questions about your preferences there.

If it's not possible to solve practically, it's possible to cancel the viewing.

If the the ad has a 3D model that lets the user attend a virtual viewing, you can just click the Apply Now.
