​What happens after the contract is signed?

When all parties have signed the agreement you are nearly done! The final step is to agree on details regarding the sublet. After signing, we will send out the following documents:

It is very important that both parties fill out these documents and submit them to Samtrygg. When this last step is done all that remains is to accept the keys and look forward to a great tenancy.
