What should I think about when I write the housing ad?
Posting a good ad is one of the most important things you need to do to rent out your home. The more time you spend, the higher the likelihood that you will find a suitable tenant. Therefore, be sure to include all the details and describe the property in the best possible way. For example, it is good to include practical details about what is included in the rent and what is not, but also details such as what kind of communications and other services are available in the area and how the home is designed. It is also important that the advertisement contains pictures so that the housing applicant can get an idea of the housing before he or she applies. If you take good photos, you will also attract more housing applicants!
What should be included in the inspection record?
Once the lease agreement has been signed, a template for inspection records will be sent out to the lessor and tenant. The inspection is most conveniently carried at the same time as the key is handed over. The property will be inspected and any damages and the condition of the home will be carefully documented. go through the property carefully and document the condition of the home. Photograph any damages.
