We perform a check of each individual tenant, in order to increase your security when subletting. You may specify in your ad that you wish to sublet to businesses, however, both individuals and businesses will be welcome to book a viewing. '

When someone has booked a viewing for your home you will be notified immediately. You can cancel a viewing at any time and you can read more about the applicants on their profiles which you find on our website.
