How is my home matched with applicants?

Once you have placed your ad, you have set a number of parameters that apply to your particular accommodation. This is, for example, area, rental period, rent, size and other conditions (non-smokers, no pets, etc.). These parameters are then matched against housing applicants' profiles in our database.
