How much do Samtryggs services cost?

Registering an account, getting updates on new housing, searching for housing, and going on a house viewing will cost you nothing as a housing applicant as long as you follow Samtrygg's terms of use. You can find Samtrygg's terms of use here.

When you sign an agreement through Samtrygg we will charge a 15% fee on top of the rental amount determined by the landlord. Both the rent and the fee are included in the price you see in the housing ad!
