Matching mails

Our Matching Mails give you notifications regarding new accommodations every day, based our your search criteria that you added to your profile.

Book a viewing

Read the details in the ad thoroughly in order to make sure that it meets your search criteria. Select a viewing time that suits you from the available time slots.

Tell us how the viewing went

After the viewing you'll log in and decide if you want to rent the accommodation. If both parties agree and leave a positive review, Samtrygg will contact you with further instructions on how to proceed with the sublease.

Sign the agreement with BankID

When you've settled the terms for the sublease, we'll send you a digital sublease agreement. After this you can sign the agreement in a safe and easy way with BankID.
